Due to the unique nature of fine art prints, all sales are final. Print work cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Damages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, if your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to send out all pieces within three weeks after your purchase, though larger volumes may affect this timeline. We will reach out promptly if any significant holdups occur. A ship on or before date will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship only to addresses in the US, using FedEx with full insurance coverage for the artwork's value. Once your item is on its way, we'll forward the tracking details via email. If you need assistance please contact

While we do not offer framing, we do have framing specifications if you need a little guidance.

Recommended Framing Style:

A white shadow box with a floated mount and a 1.5- 2-inch reveal. This presentation allows the print to breathe while showcasing the full sheet and deckled edges.

Matting:

Use acid-free, archival-quality matting to prevent discoloration and deterioration over time. A mat border of 2–4 inches provides visual breathing room and protects the print surface from contact with the glass.

Glazing:

Choose UV-protective glass or acrylic glazing to shield your print from fading and environmental damage. For larger works, consider lightweight acrylic to reduce weight and risk of breakage.

Mounting:

Your print should be mounted using archival methods such as hinging or corner mounts—never permanently adhered with dry mounting or spray adhesive, as this can compromise the paper and future conservation options.
